A Novel of the French Revolution

Annette Vallon is the untold story of the woman known only as a literary footnote to the famous English poet, William Wordsworth, but who was a courageous person in her own right, working for almost twenty-five years in the underground resistance against the Reign of Terror and later, against Napoleon, helping in escapes from prison and in saving lives from the guillotine.  It explores the meaning and importance of loyalty, passion, and compassion.  Annette comes of age when the world is falling down around her and has the courage to follow her heart, even when it risks her life, and to be loyal to love, even when the world seems not to believe in it anymore.
